Who you are dealing with
Private Jet Hamptons is operated by Charter Jet One, an air charter broker. We do not own or operate aircraft; flights are operated by FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carriers.
About the figures
Flight times, hourly rates and aircraft details on this site are general estimates for planning. They are not offers, and they may change.
When a quote becomes a booking
A quote is an estimate, prepared from your request and the operator’s information at the time, and it does not commit you or us. A booking is made only when you sign a charter agreement, and the operating carrier’s name and details are disclosed to you before you book.
Availability and East End rules
Aircraft are subject to availability and to the operator’s confirmation. Airport rules, including those at East Hampton, can change; we check them for your date, but they remain outside our control.
Taxes, fees and extras
For domestic flights, quotes include the 7.5% federal excise tax and segment fees unless a quote states otherwise. Costs that cannot be known in advance, such as de-icing, extra waiting or changes you request, are charged as your charter agreement provides. International trips carry their own taxes and fees, shown on the quote.
Payment, changes and cancellations
These are set by your charter agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this site.
Safety calls
The operator holds operational control of every flight. The pilot in command can delay, divert or cancel for safety, weather, air traffic control or regulatory reasons.
Your part
Provide accurate names and details, carry valid identification and travel documents, and follow the crew’s instructions and the operator’s rules on baggage, pets and conduct.
Limits on liability
We aim to keep this site accurate, but it is offered without guarantees. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and anything to do with a flight is governed by your charter agreement.
