When does this policy apply?

Whenever you send us information through privatejethamptons.com. This version took effect on 9 October 2026.

Who handles my request?

Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Private Jet Hamptons. Where this policy says “we”, it means Charter Jet One working for Private Jet Hamptons.

What do you collect?

The details you give us in the form: your name, email, phone number, the airports and dates, how many guests, and any notes, such as where you are staying or that a dog is coming. We also receive the address of the page that sent you here and any campaign labels in your link, such as utm_source, along with your answer to the optional offers box.

Why do you need it?

To check aircraft and airports for your trip, send you quotes and contact you about it by email, phone or text. If you book, the operating carrier needs passenger details to fly you, and we pass them on. If you ticked the offers box, we may write occasionally about empty legs to and from the East End; reply to one of those messages asking us to stop, and we will. Some records are also kept because tax and accounting rules require them.

Who else sees it?

The operator flying your trip and the service providers we rely on to quote and book it, such as ground handling at the airport and the companies that run our email and website. If the law, a court or a government authority requires information, we provide what is required. We do not sell your information or hand it to advertisers.

How long do you keep it?

For as long as your request is being quoted and followed up, and, if you book, for as long as tax, accounting and aviation rules require. After that it is deleted or made anonymous.

How can I see, correct or delete it?

Reply to any of our emails, or send us a note through the quote form, saying what you would like. We will provide a copy, make the correction or delete what we hold, subject only to records we must keep by law. Any further rights you have under the law where you live are respected too.

Do you use cookies or tracking?

No analytics, no advertising tags and no cookies beyond those the site needs to work. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of delivering them.

How is it protected?

The form sends your details over an encrypted connection, and only the people arranging your trip can see them.

What about children?

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16; a parent or guardian makes bookings that include children.

Will this policy change?

Possibly. If it does, the new version will appear here with its own effective date.
